The rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 11:00 a.m. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please speak to our reception team.
General Cancellation Conditions
We have made a guaranteed booking for you. A change or cancellation is possible free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. During Oktoberfest and trade fair times, changes/cancellations are possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After the deadline has expired or no-show, we take the liberty of charging 80% of the respective room price. Oktoberfest and trade fair times are:

Bicycle & E-Bike for rent
Gerne können Sie sich direkt an der Rezeption ein E-Bike ausleihen.
Die Gebühr pro Fahrrad liegt pro Tag bei 50,00 € / für 4 Stunden 25,00 €.

Breakfast
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available to you during the week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Internet
Of course, a free broadband internet connection is available in your room.
If you need the necessary patch cable, you can get it at reception for a deposit of €5. Wi-Fi access (welcome@klostermaier.bayern) is possible without a password.
Parking Lot & E-charging Stations
Unsere Parkplätze, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes kostenfrei nützen können, befinden sich hinter unserem Haus. Den Bereich vor dem Haupteingang bitten wir, als Kurzzeitparkplatz zum Be- und Entladen freizuhalten. Sollten Sie mit einem Elektroauto anreisen, reservieren wir Ihnen gerne vorab einen Platz an einer von unseren zwei Ladestationen. Der Preis zum Laden beträgt 0,50€ / kWh.
Restaurant
If you wish, we can reserve a table for you for lunch or dinner in our restaurant. Please note that our restaurant is also open to external guests and tables can only be reserved for our hotel guests with a reservation.
Sauna and Wellness Area
Our wellness area is located on the parking lot level of our house.
In our wellness area, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a steam bath await you for your relaxation from Monday to Sunday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sauna towels are available for you in the wellness area. You can get a bathrobe and slippers from our reception team.
There are lockers in the sauna area for your valuables.
