Booking Information

The rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please speak with our reception team.

We have made a guaranteed booking for you. Changes or cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. During Oktoberfest and trade fair periods, as well as for group reservations, changes/cancellations are free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival. After this deadline or in case of no-show, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the respective room rate. Oktoberfest and trade fair periods are:

You can rent an e-bike directly at the reception.
The fee per bicycle is 60.00 € per day / 30.00 € for 4 hours.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is available on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends and holidays from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Of course, a free broadband internet connection is available in your room.
If you need a patch cable, you can obtain one at the reception for a 5 € deposit. The Wi-Fi access (welcome@klostermaier.bayern) is without a password.

Our parking spaces, which you can use free of charge during your stay, are located behind our building. We kindly ask you to keep the area in front of the main entrance clear as a short-term parking space for loading and unloading. If you arrive with an electric car, we’d be happy to reserve a space at one of our two charging stations in advance. The charging price is 0.50€ / kWh.

Upon request, we can reserve a table for lunch or dinner for you in our restaurant. Please note that our restaurant is also open to external guests, and tables are only reserved for our hotel guests with a reservation.

Our wellness area is located on the parking level of our building.
In our wellness area, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and a steam bath await you for relaxation Monday to Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM upon registration at the reception. Sauna towels are available for you in the wellness area. Bathrobes and slippers can be obtained from our reception team. Lockers are available in the sauna area for your valuables.
